HAITI BAND
LU KALA
Shout out to Canadian Pop-Star, LU KALA for coming out and blessing us with some amazing vocals! Her songs have definitely been on repeat ever sense that night! Every note was on point and the mood created by both her and The Haïti Band complimented the event well! She was such a sweet girl when I sat down and spoke to her in the back room but, when she stepped out in front of that crowd there was such a power that she possessed! He voice filled the room and I’m sure even the people outside could hear the wonderful music she has created. To my surprise that same soft spoken woman had that inside of her. She performed her new hit song DCMO ( Don’t Count Me Out) for us and we loved every bit of it! The song is one of inspiration for those who have been or are still going through a hard time in their lives. I don’t want to box her into one genre but, if you are a fan of R&B you should definitely check out her music on YouTube, iTunes and Spotify!
